📜 Booking Policies & Guidelines Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property and its premises. Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment, and multiple inquiries will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must present valid ID proof at check-in. Children aged 9 years and older will be charged as adults. Check-in time is at 14:30 hrs IST, and check-out is at 11:00 hrs IST. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges—50% of the room rate for departures between 11:00 and 14:30 hrs, and 100% after 14:30 hrs. The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in. The total number of guests must not exceed the confirmed booking, and no outside visitors are allowed. Guests are kindly requested to confirm food preferences two days before arrival; menu options are provided at the time of booking. Outside food is not permitted to ensure quality and hygiene, and rates are non-negotiable on arrival. Guests expecting to check in late should inform the property manager in advance. Smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted only in designated areas. Gambling, narcotics, prostitution, and all illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Any damage to property will be charged at repair or replacement cost. Guests are requested to treat staff with courtesy, as they are here to ensure a comfortable stay. Adventure activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk, and the management is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings—please check your items before departure. Bonfire and barbecue services are subject to weather conditions and availability, and food or drinks will only be served in designated areas. Jeep safari and trekking are available at additional cost and should be requested at the time of booking. ❌ Cancellation Policy: In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, full retention charges apply. Cancellations made 10 or more days before arrival are eligible for a 90% refund of the advance, those made 7 days prior receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 0–3 days of arrival are non-refundable.
